We work hard for better jobs. We are committed to ensuring that our employees have the opportunity to grow and develop, and that they are supported from the very first shift.

Collective agreements are a matter of course for us and we always strive to do even better. Our employees have 50-100% permanent employment and receive paid training and free language courses as part of our commitment to support their professional development.

Collective agreement

For our cleaners, the collective agreement means that they have rights and protections that secure their working conditions and welfare. It is an agreement between Freska and the labor unions representing our cleaners, and it regulates various aspects of their employment.

Through the collective agreement, our cleaners have secure employment with permanent job security and are covered by labor law regulations and protections. It also entitles them to a fair and competitive salary, compensation for overtime, paid vacation, and other benefits. The collective agreement also provides our cleaners with security in case of illness, through sick pay and insurance coverage for any job-related injuries.

Freska strives to create a work environment where our cleaners feel respected, valued, and engaged. It is a fundamental part of our philosophy to treat all our employees with fairness and respect, and to create an inclusive and supportive workplace where they can thrive and grow.

We strive to constantly be better in everything we do. To ensure that we are on the right track, all employees in the field have their own contact person at the company and we also send out a monthly eNPS which we also regularly supplement with a larger employee survey.

One of Freska's larger gatherings is Freska's gala, which was last arranged in January 2023.
