It's like this: We pay our cleaners even though our customers do a late cancelation. This way, we create secure jobs, and that is precisely why we have the opportunity to offer you this service. You simply get another person's canceled cleaning time at a great price!
The only thing required of you is that you are a little wild and crazy and flexible when it comes to time and day for your cleaning.
We flex the price – you flex the cleaning.

- With Flex, you get cleaning every four weeks. The cleaning will take place sometime between Mon-Fri (8:00-17:00)
- It might be different cleaners each time
- To book Flex you have to live on a maximum of 79 square meters
- We need keys to your home!
- We always notify you 1-7 days before we come and clean

Do you live on <40 sqm?
Package price and super price of SEK 600 after RUT.
Do you live on 41-60 sqm?
Package price and super price of SEK 700 after RUT.
Do you live on 61-79 sqm?

Why is it so cheap?🤔
We pay our amazing cleaners even though customers cancel with short notice.
We do not want to deal with lock-in periods and such boring things for our existing customers. This means that cleanings are sometimes canceled.
You get one of these canceled cleaning every four weeks, as a thank you for being so flexible, we will flex the price for you!
You get another person's cleaning time, at a lower monthly cost.
Is it a try-on-price?

Does the cleaners get less salary?
— Of course not!
Do you remove the customer satisfaction guarantee?
— Never!
Are you removing the collective agreement?
— Never, ever!

— Yes, of course!

Freska's professional cleaners have many years of experience and always bring Nordic Ecolabelled cleaning products and cloths.
What you as a Flex-customer need at home is a mop, bucket and vacuum cleaner.
- In general / all spaces
- Dusting all level surfaces (as high as the cleaner reaches).
- Vacuuming floors and carpets.
- Damp mopping floors (if floor material suitable for damp mopping).
- Stain removal from door frames, door handles and light switches.
- Wiping mirrors and other glass surfaces (excluding windows).
- Disposing of trash (if the customer advises where / arranges access to the waste disposal area).
- Bedroom
- Dusting all level surfaces (as high as the cleaner reaches)
- Vacuuming floors and carpets
- Damp mopping floors (if floor material suitable for damp mopping)
- Wiping mirrors and other glass surfaces (excluding windows)
- Bathroom
- Cleaning the bath, toilet, floors and wash basin and stain removal.
- Washing the shower and the glass shower wall.
- Dusting all level surfaces (where the cleaner reaches, less than 180cm in height).
- Vacuuming floors and carpets.
- Damp mopping floors (if floor material suitable for damp mopping).
- Wiping mirrors and other glass surfaces (excluding windows).
- Kitchen
- Cleaning the sink, cooker and extractor hood surface.
- Removing stains on the outside of the microwave oven, refrigerator and dishwasher.
- Wiping other kitchen appliances (e.g. coffee maker, toaster, blender).
- Cleaning the inside of the rubbish cupboard.
- Dusting all level surfaces (as high as the cleaner reaches).
- Vacuuming floors and carpets.
- Damp mopping floors (if floor material suitable for damp mopping).
- Wiping mirrors and other glass surfaces (excluding windows).
- Tasks not included to regular cleaning
To avoid confusion, the following tasks are not included in the ordered service.
- Wiping/cleaning walls and dusting pictures.
- Wiping/cleaning of the ceiling and other surfaces that cannot be reached without special equipment.
- Removal of extremely difficult stains.
- Cleaning the floor drain.
- Cleaning odour traps.
- Cleaning of ventilation valves and ventilation slots.
- Moving heavy furniture and home appliances.
- Renovation cleaning.
- Cleaning after renovations.
- Cleaning furniture.
