Socially responsible and sustainable cleaning help? Yes thank you! Our skilled cleaners bring Nordic Ecolabelled detergent and microfiber cloths when they make your home sparkeling. What you need at home is a vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket.

- Dusting all level surfaces (as high as the cleaner reaches).

- Damp mopping floors (if floor material suitable for damp mopping).
- Stain removal from door frames, door handles and light switches.
- Wiping mirrors and other glass surfaces (excluding windows).
- Disposing of trash (if the customer advises where / arranges access to the waste disposal area).

- Cleaning the sink, cooker and extractor hood surface.
- Removing stains on the outside of the microwave oven, refrigerator and dishwasher.
- Wiping other kitchen appliances (e.g. coffee maker, toaster, blender).
- Cleaning the inside of the rubbish cupboard.
- Dusting all level surfaces (as high as the cleaner reaches).
- Vacuuming floors and carpets.
- Damp mopping floors (if floor material suitable for damp mopping).
- Wiping mirrors and other glass surfaces (excluding windows).

- Cleaning the bath, toilet, floors and wash basin and stain removal.
- Washing the shower and the glass shower wall.
- Dusting all level surfaces (where the cleaner reaches, less than 180cm in height).

- How does it work the first time I book home cleaning?
You can book your home cleaning easily on our website, in Freska's own app or with the help of Freska's customer service directly in our chat.
When you book your home cleaning, you choose the desired interval for your cleaning and what day and time you want us to come.
We clean according to a checklist but you are welcome to inform us if you have any special requests regarding your cleaning - Do you want us to put extra focus somewhere? Or are there any sensitive surfaces in your home? We always contact you if any questions should arise during the cleaning process, and you can always add information and requests to Freska's app, or contact our customer service if you have any questions.
Let us know if you hand in keys at our office in Liljeholmen before your cleaning, are on site and open at your first cleaning opportunity and give the keys to your cleaner or if you plan to be at home and open at every cleaning opportunity.
When you have chosen which payment method suits you best and confirmed your order, you will receive a booking confirmation sent to your email.
- How does it work with microfiber cloths?
After the first cleaning, we leave the microfiber cloths in your home.
When your cleaner has finished cleaning your home, hang the rags on the bucket edge so that they dry properly and do not leave an odor behind. We place the bucket in the bathroom or laundry room.
Wash the cloths separately at 60 degrees without rinse aid after each cleaning. Then place the dry cloths in the cleaning bucket, so that they can be used for the next cleaning occasion.
When the cloths are worn, we automatically replace them for you so that you always have fresh microfiber cloths.
You can also use the cloths privately between cleanings, just remember that they need to be clean when your cleaner comes next time.
- What do I need at home before a home cleaning?
The only thing you need to have at home for our cleaning is a vacuum cleaner, a mop and a bucket that we borrow. We always carry our Nordic Ecolabelled detergent and microfiber cloths with us. Read more about how we shoulder our environmental responsibility here.
- Can I be at home during the house cleaning?
Of course, but it can also be good to know that you do not have to be.
- Can I book the same cleaner several times?
For regular cleaning, we always try to offer you the same cleaner, but with occasional booked cleanings, we can unfortunately not guarantee the same cleaner at every cleaning occasion.
If, on the other hand, after a one-time cleaning you would like to continue with regular cleaning, we will of course arrange for you to continue with the same cleaner if you wish.
- How do I know how long a cleaning takes?
Enter how big your home is in our calculator here, and you will receive a recommendation on how long it takes to make your home shiny clean. The recommendation is based on our checklist, which is designed to give you a spotless cleaning experience.
If you want to add something extra to your home cleaning that is not on the checklist, such as cleaning the fridge and freezer, you can of course add it when you make your booking or contact us if you wish to add this at a later cleaning opportunity.
After your first home cleaning session, we will contact you if we need more time than the first recommended time to make your home shiny!
- How does the RUT deduction work?
Household services give you as a consumer a tax reduction of 50 percent of the total amount, which means that you only pay half the price. The deduction is made directly by us at the time of purchase. You need to be over 18 years old and you can make RUT and ROT deductions.
