For many of our cleaners, Freska is their first job here, and we are proud to contribute to greater participation in society. We aim to create inclusivity and stability.
Being an employed cleaner at Freska means more than just a collective agreement. We provide support from the first shift and offer daily assistance.
As many of our cleaners have moved away from friends and family, we organize social gatherings to help everyone feel at home and build connections with each other and establish a network in Sweden.
How we carefully select our cleaners
We receive thousands of applications from cleaners every year. After interviews and practical lessons, only 5% of applications qualify as cleaners at Freska - our standards are high and we take home cleaning seriously to maintain the highest quality cleaning and customer experience we are known and loved for.
Our new employees start their work with paid induction days where they get to learn all the tips and tricks to succeed in house cleaning.
We want to leave every customer with a wow feeling and that requires both training and experience.
